I picked up this CD last week. Super good! Buddy Rich is a jazz drummer, typically playing in big band sets, and his group's sound is so cool. Kind reminds me of those epic Tito Puente joints in a way. Anyway, for anyone who is onto Buddy Rich have you checked out the Memorial DVD? It rips so hard!! I highly recommend it - not cheap but well worth the money in my humble opinion.
